• Experience in writing web content, executive summaries, user manuals and technical reports.
• Comfortable working with clients, subject experts, and creative teams.
• Happy to work with clients one-on-one or in large groups.
• Comfortable working in virtual teams using online tools.
• Able to work with writers, performing copy and comprehensive edits. 
• Experienced in updating websites to reflect WCAG 2.1.
